Ryna Banana Oat Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 small ripe bananas
    1/3 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
    Slice bananas and beat with mixer until pureed.
    Add eggs, sugar and oil; beat until blended.
    Stir in flour mixture until moistened.
    Add oats and pecans.
    Turn in prepared loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
