Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into 6 to 8 squares or wedges.
    Cover with water and add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon butter.
    Bring to boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
    Drain cabbage.
    Beat eggs and 4 tablespoons milk. In another container mix flour, pepper and remaining salt.
    Dip cabbage into egg mixture and coat with flour.
    Deep fry in hot bacon dripping.
    May also be pan-fried.
    Serves 6 to 8.
