Pickled Bologna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. pickling spices
    2 tsp. whole peppercorns
    hot crushed peppers to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder or to taste
Preparation
    Cut ring bologna in 1 to 1 1/2-inch slices.
    Fill 2-quart (or larger) jar with all ingredients.
    Let stand 2 days before using. Will keep several days.
