Beef And Peppers For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. flavor enhancer
    dash of black pepper
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 small tomato, cut in wedges
    1 tsp. sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 lb. sirloin steak, thinly sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    In a bowl stir together soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, flavor enhancer, salt, ginger and pepper.
    Pour over sliced steak and let marinate 10 minutes.
    Over medium heat in a skillet, heat vegetable oil.
    Add meat and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add sliced onion, green pepper and tomato.
    Cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
