Tex-Mex Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix (envelope, equal to 2 Tbsp.)
    1/2 of 16 oz. salsa
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. tortilla or corn chips
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground turkey or beef, onion and 1/3 taco seasoning in skillet.
    Cook until browned.
    Stir in salsa and sour cream.
