Cabbage, Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage, diced
    4 slices bread, diced to crumbs
    1 small pkg. frozen cauliflower
    3/4 lb. cubed American cheese (Velveeta)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil cabbage and cauliflower until cabbage is tender, then drain.
    Make White Sauce.
    Combine melted butter and flour. Gradually add milk and stir over heat until thickened.
    Pour White Sauce over layered cabbage, cauliflower, bread crumbs and cheese. Garnish with parsley flakes.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
