Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Add beaten eggs, buttermilk and vegetable oil.
This mixture will refrigerate for 1 week.
You may add milk to thin.
