Fantastic Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. extra sharp New York State cheese, shredded
paprika
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to directions and drain.
Set aside. Combine egg, cottage cheese, sour cream, seasonings and shredded cheese, reserving 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top.
Mix in macaroni. Put in 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
