Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    5 slices bacon
    2 carrots, grated
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    salt to taste
Preparation
    While rice is cooking, fry the bacon and remove from skillet. Saute the grated carrots and chopped onion.
    Crumble the bacon. Add bacon and sauteed vegetables to cooked rice.
    Mix ingredients together and salt to taste.
