Braised Venison - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 venison steaks
3/4 c. onion rings
garlic salt
2 c. water
2 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
-
Sift first 3 ingredients together. Dip venison in flour mixture to coat well. Brown in fat. Top with onion rings. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Add water and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour.
Yields 8 servings.
