Refrigerated Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c vinegar
    1/4 c. salt
    1 tsp celery seed
    2 c sugar
    1 tsp turmeric
    1 tsp mustard seed
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a pan, stir till mixed well.
    Slice enough cucumbers to fill a large jar.
    In large jar put thinly sliced pickles and 1 small sliced onion.
    Pour cold solution over pickles and put in refrigerator.
    Will be ready to eat in 2 or 3 days. Will keep for a long time..............very good.
