Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 bunch green onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
    Cool potatoes, then peel.
    Grate with coarse grater.
    Add sour cream, cheese, onion, milk, salt and pepper.
    Mix thoroughly. Turn into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Smooth top with spatula.
