Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small sour cream
2 c. cooked rice
1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Townhouse or Ritz crackers (1 pkg.), crushed
1 stick butter
Preparation

Boil chicken and break into pieces.
Boil rice and drain.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, cover bottom of pan with rice.
In bowl, mix sour cream and soups.
Then layer chicken over rice and next put soup mixture.
Top with crushed crackers and melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, until hot and bubbling.
