Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled or unpeeled
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Prepare potatoes; soak in cold water.
    Mix flour, cheese and seasonings in plastic bag.
    Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Dredge potatoes in flour mixture.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Turn potatoes and bake 30 minutes more.
