Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large Idaho potatoes, sliced and unpeeled
    2 envelopes Italian salad dressing mix
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Line large baking dish with aluminum foil.
    Put in sliced potatoes and Italian dressing.
    Dot with margarine.
    Pour in water.
    Bring the foil over potatoes to seal.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
