Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 lemons (rind of 1)
3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. hot water
3 eggs
Preparation

Beat 1 whole egg and yolks of 2.
Add sugar and cornstarch. Mix well.
Add hot water and stir, then add juice of 2 lemons and grated rind of 1.
Cook over double boiler until thick (at least 15 minutes).
