Ingredients

2 large onions
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Slice onions 1/4-inch thick and separate into rings. Combine eggs, milk, salt and flour. Dip rings in batter and immediately fry in about 2 cups of hot oil.
Drain well. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Serve immediately.
