Cucumbers In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
2 sliced green onions and tops
2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, adding cucumbers last.
Cover and chill several hours.
