Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. strawberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 pt. heavy whipped cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell

Preparation

Thoroughly
wash
and
dry strawberries; cut in halves. Place strawberries
in
baked pie shell.\tMix water with sugar and cornstarch.
Cook

to 5 minutes; add strawberry Jell-O. Stir until dissolved.
Pour over strawberries in crust and top with whipped cream.
Serves 8.
