Party Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 chopped onion
    1 1/2 cloves garlic
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    tortilla chips
    assorted veggies
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Saute onion and add garlic. Add ground beef; stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, oregano and sugar.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add cheeses; stir until cream cheese is melted.
    Serve warm with tortilla chips and vegetables.
