Cranberry Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. double acting baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 slightly beaten egg
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. cooking oil
4 tsp. liquid Sweet 10
1 c. coarsely chopped Ocean Spray fresh or fresh frozen cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour and measure.
Resift with baking powder, salt and soda.
Combine beaten egg with orange juice, water, cooking oil and Sweet 10.
Stir into dry ingredients just enough to moisten. Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Turn into well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
