Vidalia Onion Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. chopped Vidalia onions
    3/4 c. extra sharp cheese, grated
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray muffin pans with cooking spray. Beat milk, oil and egg and stir in flour, oatmeal and sugar just until moistened.
    Fold in Vidalia onions, cheese and pecans.
