Ingredients

graham cracker crumbs
butter
1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream

Preparation

You will need a 10-inch spring-form pan and a cookie sheet or other pan underneath to catch drippings.
