Zucchini Sausage Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. zucchini
1/2 lb. sausage
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. rosemary
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook squash in salt water until tender; drain.
Saute sausage and drain.
Combine sausage and squash with remaining ingredients. Save 2 tablespoons of cheese to sprinkle on top.
Spoon into sprayed (Pam) 9-inch pie plate.
Bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 4 to 6.
