Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables or 2 cans, drained
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until tender.
    Pour in a greased casserole dish.
    Mix onions, cheese and mayonnaise.
    Spread over vegetables. Melt margarine and mix with crackers.
    Spread on top and bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in oven.
