Carne Guisada Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew meat, cut in bite-size
    4 oz. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of comino
    4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Season
    meat
    with
    salt and pepper.
    Braise in skillet with bacon
    drippings
    or
    oil.
    When browned, stir in onion, garlic and
    bell pepper, comino and flour.
    Brown flour well, then add tomato
    sauce
    and 2 to 3 cups water.
    Stir well and cover. Simmer
    for
    30
    minutes, adding water, if needed, for gravy. Serve with hot flour tortillas and hot sauce.
