Bacon-Cheese-Potato Slices(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
    3/4 c. bacon bits
    2 Tbsp. olives, sliced
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; trim ends.
    Cut into 3/8-inch slices.
    Evenly arrange on microwave dish (12-inch plate).
    Put smaller slices in center.
    Sprinkle with green onion.
    Cover with plastic wrap; cook on High 7 to 10 minutes.
    Turn plate half turn after 4 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon bits, olives and cheese.
    Cook, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, just until cheese starts to melt.
