Rocky Road Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. nuts
    10 1/2 oz. pkg. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Melt milk, chips
    and butter.
    Pour over the marshmallows. Add nuts and pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Refrigerate.
