Easy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook meat and onion until brown and tender.
    Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring.
    Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream, mix well and heat through. Serve over cooked noodles.
