Lois' Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 egg
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. very hot water
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
2 or 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together the ground chuck and egg.
Place the bouillon cube in the hot water until it is dissolved then add the stuffing mix.
Add remaining ingredients to the ground chuck mixture. Shape into loaf pan and bake 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
