Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 lb. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to package directions.
    Combine all ingredients (except cracker crumbs and margarine) and pour into large casserole dish.
    Melt margarine in skillet and stir in crushed cracker crumbs.
    Stir to coat all crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
