Sweetbread Bread-Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 block butter
2 c. milk
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 loaf Mary's sweetbread
1/2 c. raisins
1 can apple pie filling
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine butter, milk and sugar in saucepan.
Heat until butter melts; cool.
Add eggs and vanilla.
In a 9 x 13-inch or 9 x 9-inch greased pan, break bread into large chunks.
Sprinkle raisins in bread.
Pour egg mixture over bread.
Spread with pie filling.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes (for 9 x 13-inch pan) or 40 to 45 minutes (for 9 x 9-inch pan).
