Vegetable Quiche - cooking recipe

1 pkg. frozen broccoli or spinach
flaky pastry crust
1 (8 oz.) egg substitute omelet mix
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. basil
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

Put broccoli or spinach into unbaked pie crust.
Mix egg substitute, milk and seasonings and pour over broccoli in crust. Cook at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Let stand 10 minutes.
