Italian Beef Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
1 1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
2 Tbsp. dry onion flakes
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or more
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place beef in a 3-quart casserole.
Break with fork.
Use \"Cook\" cycle and cook 6 to 8 minutes in microwave until meat changes color.
Break up any remaining large pieces.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Mix well and cover.
Use \"Cook\" cycle for 10 minutes.
Stir and cover.
Cook for 14 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
