Double Apple Butter(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold lemon juice
    2/3 c. boiling unsweetened apple juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened sliced apples, undrained
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold lemon juice in blender container for 4 minutes; add boiling apple juice and blend on high speed until all gelatin granules are dissolved.
    Add salt, undrained apples, cinnamon
    and
    vanilla
    and
    blend\tuntil
    smooth
    and fluffy. Fill
    jars,
    cover and chill.
    Store in refrigerator. Yields about 3
    1/4
    cups.
