Natalie'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. tomato sauce (reserve remainder)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3 to 4 c. Wheaties
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Add more Wheaties if too wet. Form into a loaf.
    Cover with remainder of tomato sauce.
    Bake in microwave with probe to 160\u00b0 or bake 1 1/2 hours in conventional oven at 350\u00b0.
