Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. margarine, melted
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Pour all ingredients in large bowl and let set 10 minutes before mixing.
Stir ingredients with spoon (do not use mixer) until mixed.
Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
