Deep Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. dry Italian or seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Heat oil (2 to 3-inches) in deep
    fryer
    or
    kettle
    to 375\u00b0. If fish fillets are large, cut
    into
    10
    to 12 serving pieces. Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat
    fish
    with
    flour mixture; dip into eggs, then coat with
    bread
    crumbs.
    Fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 4
    minutes.
    Makes
    10 to 12 servings.
