Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. warm water
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and add egg yolks beaten with water.
    Add grated carrots.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to Wesson oil mixture.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in three layer pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
