Impossible French Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced pared tart apples (2 lb.)
    1 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. 2% milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
    Streusel
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 10 x 1/2-inch pie plate. Mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. Turn into plate.
    Beat sugar, milk, baking mix, eggs and margarine until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater.
    Pour into plate. Sprinkle with Streusel.
    Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 60 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
