Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. rum extract *
1 container ready to spread vanilla or chocolate frosting
powdered sugar
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients (except powdered sugar); stir until well blended.
Shape into balls.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Store rum balls in tightly covered container.
