Canned Apple Pie Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cornstarch
10 c. water
7 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix and cook until thick and bubbly.
Slice apples and place into 7 quart jars.
Pour mix over the apples; seal and cook in hot water bath for 20 minutes or pressure at 10 pounds pressure for 5 or 10 minutes.
