White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 qt. pecans
    1 lb. white raisins
    1/2 lb. candied cherries
    2 or 3 slices candied pineapple
    1/2 oz. lemon extract
Preparation
    Melt butter; blend in sugar.
    Add beaten eggs and mix well. Add 2 cups flour and baking powder.
    Mix in lemon extract.
    Cut fruit up and pour 2 cups flour over; coat real good.
    Fold into your batter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, then at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
