Yellow Angel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 egg yolks
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tsp. pure vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3 c. cake flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg yolks real fluffy, then beat in sugar, beating well as added.
Then beat in water, vanilla and lemon extract, then add flour sifted with baking powder and salt.
Put in angel food cake pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
Cool as for angel food cake.
