Banana-Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. buttermilk
2 large eggs
1 banana, thinly sliced
1 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease loaf pan.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except nuts, with mixer at medium speed until well blended.
Stir in nuts. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 5 minutes, then turn out on wire rack.
Makes 1 large loaf.
