Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 - 8 pieces skinned chicken, boneless or bone in
    water to cover chicken and more
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 cans of biscuits
    1 - 2 tsp. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    In large pot add; chicken, water, salt and pepper.
    Cook chicken until tender, remove chicken, cool to touch.
    Turn down heat to save broth.
    Remove bones and cut chicken to desired size, set aside.
    Open biscuits, tear or cut each piece into 4 pieces, set aside.
    Turn heat back up on broth, to a slow boil.
    Add bouillon to taste.
    Add biscuits to broth all at once.
    Stir easily but quickly to coat dumplings, stir occasionally.
    Turn heat down and cook dumplings 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add chicken and gently stir to mix together.
    Serve hot.
