Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. raw carrots, grated
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    In large bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil and cinnamon. Set aside.
    In separate bowl, sift together flour, soda and baking powder.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Stir in nuts, carrots and pineapple. Grease and flour two 9-inch pans and divide mixture between them. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool and frost.
