Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in strips
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 large green peppers, cut in strips
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Saute onion and peppers.
    Add to meat. Add tomatoes and steak sauce. Cook slowly on top of stove for 1 hour in covered pan or until tender. Serve on bed of rice with hot sauce, if desired.
