Pumpkin Squares(Bake At 350~; 35 To 45 Minutes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 5/8 oz. pkg. butterscotch pudding
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (16 oz.) can (2 c.) pumpkin (you may use 2 cans)
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Combine oats, flour, nuts, butter and dry pudding mix.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix rest of ingredients in same bowl and pour over first mixture.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool, cut in squares and top with whipped cream or ice cream.
