Aioli Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
5 crushed cloves garlic
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 slice crustless French bread
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Sauce for seafood or beef.
Soak bread in milk and wring dry. Place all ingredients except olive oil in blender or processor. Blend until smooth, slowly adding oil.
Serves 4.
